real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreHe initially acted like he didn't want my business, said he was too backed up to give me an appraisal. He then says he can squeeze me in for a week or two down the road, and said he would give me a call on Friday or Saturday of the next week. I never received a call nor have I heard from him since. He is not punctual and does not hold up his word on an appointment, makes me doubt how effective his appraisal process would be.
Description of Work: I have worked with Dan Miller on getting appraisals for my property.
