Great. This was the 4th time I've used this provider, although I've been buying appliance parts from them for years. They've fixed my washer, dryer, and dishwasher. DAP has never been a no-show for an appointment. They've never charged unreasonable labor or trip fees. I no longer do my own repairs, so next time I need repairs, I'll call them first.

Slight air leak inside the A/C closet after the new install, but they came back and fixed it. Have used them over the past 8 years a few times for misc A/C repairs to our previous system. They were very good, so decided to have them install our badly needed new system. Very impressed with their main A/C installer (but can't remember his name right now!). A small company, but probably one of the best kept A/C secrets in the FWB area. The install was just over 6 months ago, overall very pleased, and very glad we didn't go with the absolute lowest quote, but they weren't too much higher anyway. And it's much quieter than our old system (we went with the variable-speed DC blower option). Gave a B on responsiveness because we had to call two times to get them to give a quote for the install -- but all went very smoothly after that.

Greg the Installer was very Professional in the initial service call and on the replacement of the A Coil. He called ahead and was 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Very good service. I highly recommend.
