In the beginning, it seemed Jeff was reasonably reliable.  However, as time went on, he was less reliable in terms of both the days he came and what services he performed.  He missed a few weeks along the way.  He lost the set of keys given to him for access to the screen enclosure.  And, he often left the screen unlocked.  On several occasions he did not have the chemicals with him, such as salt, which was especially noteworthy after big rains when it was obvious that all salt pools were low on salt.  He tinkered with the valves, leaving them in unusual and non-functional positions.  He did not always respond to emails in which I expressed concerns or had questions.  He did not brush the sides of the pool, even though he said he did.  Instead, he simply turned on the Hayward cleaner.  He did not clean the deck, ever, even after tracking in dirt from the yard.  He rarely if ever cleaned the tile.  He never addressed a high water level.   It seemed he spent no more than 5-10 minutes on each visit, which was verified on occasion when I was home.  In the end, the chemistry of the pool was way off in nearly every category (chlorine, salt, alkalinity, pH, and so on).  The pool was dirty, stains began to show up from a lack of attention, and the pool was certainly not maintained as it should. 

I would never employ this company to maintain my pool under any circumstances.
