Coastal did a superb re-sod job. Ronnie has a great deal of knowledge and spent time explaining the benefits and pitfalls in all our options. The crew was conscientious with their work and friendly responding to questions and requests. Great job for a great price (we accepted bids from 4 companies). Regarding pride in work - Ronnie retuned several times over next weeks to make sure grass was properly irrigated and made adjustments where needed. He was as concerned about our investment as we were. Great choice.

Service itself was great. Yard looked nice- price was competitive. However, Ronnie was extremely unresponsive. Did not respond to my request for almost a week. Then gave a 2 day span he would come out and never showed up. No call. When having as needed yard service it is understandable that it would take a bit of time to fit into the schedule. However, promising customers a time and not showing up or not responding is completely unprofessional.

Excellent! I am so happy I called them. Ronnie came out with Traun to see what I needed. They are both very professional and obviously know their business. Ronnie asked questions and made sure they understood the scope of the work I needed done. They came while I was at work and they did such a perfect job. They left the job site very clean. Ronnie was also so very nice about leaving messages for me to call him back when I could as my work schedule is long right now. This is my first full day off to see what they did and I am thrilled. They are professional, competent, and trustworthy.

I contracted their services several months ago for repeated
bi-weekly cleaning. I used them about a
year ago for a deep cleaning. They had
done such an excellent job and were so professional that I decided to use them
on a permanent basis. They have always
done a fantastic job. They are prompt and
most importantly, they are trustworthy.
I had no reservations about giving them security access to my home to
come during the day when we are not there so neither of us get into each
other?s ways. My wife and I both work
full time and have a family so any extra time we can have doing family
activities (other than family cleaning) on the weekends is great, and having
this company cleaning bi-weekly has given a lot of time back to us.

I hired Coastal Property Maintenance after recieving three bids on my backyard renovation. They were not the lowest bidder but Ronnie's attention to the customer and customer requests lead me to select them for the project and they performed superbly! They completely re-sodded my backyard; overhauled the sprinkler system as well as planting new bushes along the complete rear fence line and other small projects.
This is a rental [property and I do not live in Florida. Ronnie kept me informed in detail on the projects progress as well as working closely with my tenant and his schedule. The final job is excellent and I along with my tenant are very happy with the results. I do not hesitate to recommned Ronni and Coastal Property Maintenance for your property needs, I will be using them again.

Team of two cleaned the entire house and did a good job...They even polished the brass on the doors, both inside and out. Quite professional overall. I'd use them again.

The bushes in my yard had been neglected for over 3 years and were very overgrown, along with a patch of banana trees. The yard had been mowed during the 3 years but never edged. Obviously a lot of work needed to be done! After I had hired another company to do the work and they did a terrible job, I contacted Ronnie. He walked the yard with me asking questions to clarify what I wanted and he also made great suggestions. I had to change the date of the work a couple of times and he was always very accommodating. They arrived exactly when they said they would, cleaned up all the debris when finished, and did a great job! They were very courteous and professional, and took time to answer all my questions. I have now hired them for all my future yard work. A great company!

That is down in Florida and I'm up in Virginia. I'm assuming it's going well. I'm not down there to see. He's very nice over the phone. He calls back when I call him and leave a message. In fact he did call once and told me he was there to cut the grass but it has already been cut by my neighbor so he was going to do some weeding in the flowerbed instead of cutting the grass. He seems to be very reliable and they don't do things just to be doing them. They're conscientious. I pay $100 a month. It's $50 when they cut the grass every other week. He's pretty prompt. They're pretty fair in their price. On the phone he seems very professional and very courteous.

The planting project looks great and we are looking forward to seeing the plants thrive; it is a sandy hillside area, and previous plants did not do well because they were not the correct plants and were not correctly installed. Since it is an area that gets a lot of wind and tends to erode easily, we needed pavers to stop the sand from spilling over, as well as specific plants, which Coastal Property Management were able to identify.

I would recommend Coastal Property Maintenance.They are very good. They do good work and they are reasonably reliable for that industry. The owner will come if there is a problem. They will spend a lot of time on the lawn. If the lawn doesn't need to be cut they won't do it, but will find something else to do like trim back the bushes for the couple hours they are usually there. They come out once a week for the lawn and every other week for the maid service. Each side is kind of independent. You can do one or the other and have them come out as often as you like. They are very flexible with how you schedule. I think their prices are pretty average for the area. I think I am getting better service for my money than I did with other services. You can always talk with the owner. He is very accessible and works to handle any problem.
