COASTAL INSULATION

Trying to deny responsibility and are trying to stick us with the repair bills.

Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. My only gripe was the lead time from paying to actual installation was a little long (three weeks I think) and the installers were about an hour late. That being said I would still use the company and they had the best price by far.

Salesman came to look at our attic on Friday.   On Monday he phoned to say quote would be emailed to me.  I received it that day.   I notified him by email to proceed.   I was directed to phone a particular person to arrange for payment of deposit.  After I did that on Tuesday morning,  another man called set up a time to do the job.   The men came and performed the job on Wednesday morning.   

Everyone acted in a professional and friendly manner.

Coastal insulation was generally good, if a bit slow. Additionally, there was a mix up on timing that was an inconvenience, but the work itself was good.

The guys came out, and gave me a good estimate. They went up there and inspected it. They were very professional when they did it. I really enjoyed it. They did a good job.

I very comfortable with their work and product. They are honest and professional. They're well located so I have an easy access and they do good quality work.

They actually didn't do the insulation in the attic in the first place. The guy who did it 8 years ago did a very bad job though he was the owner I called him and he was under warranty and so they came back. They created the insulation that I needed up there, which I should have had in the first place. I paid extra to have additional insulation put in. They had very good customer service and they were very easy to work with. They did it 8 years later.
