Larry called within about 12 hours of my contacting him via his website. He arrived at our house at the appointed time, and gave me a business card, a brochure, and a sample of the materials. He then performed all the measurements. He relayed that he would email a quote (not an estimate) that evening. True to his word, he did. I checked up on him, and his county license is up to date, and no complaints have been filed with BBB. Once we notified him that we were ready to go, he ordered the materials with NO payment up front. Within a few days he and his crew arrived to custom install the brackets. They were polite and well-dressed. They finished the job and left no mess. A few days later, Larry emailed to let us know the shutter material was in, and within 24 hours he was here to instruct us on proper installation and removal. He also left us with the correct tool to do the job correctly, safely, and quickly. His price did not change, he quoted at price and stuck with it!
