Never again. Worse customer service around. Wasted 2 weeks of my time.

They are on top of things like they say when they are going to be there and they will be there. I don't have to chase them. They are really great and price wise they are excellent.

The estimate was 40% higher than others who bid. I had asked him not to arrive early to the house until the house was open. He did arrive early. He did walk through on his own without me. I had specifically asked him to wait for me. I met him going down the road. He will not even turn around and go back to the house. He said he got everything he needed. He is arrogant. He was not following instructions. They called me to pick up the quote. He followed up with a phone call a month later. I told him that he did not follow my instructions. He did not cooperate. He did everything the way he wanted to do. He is not getting my billing. He broke the rules. They were responsive about billing it, but they did not fit my appointment. He lost the job because of his attitude. He was not punctual as he did not keep his reappointment and the terms of reappointment. I will not use them in the future.
