He and his crew did more than install, they helped with plant selection and park layout. He has talent on staff and uses it, and they took pride in the finished product. The work he did for us was excellent and I would recommend him highly.

A touch on the pricey side, and they insist on coming bi-weekly during the non-growing season, and they still charge $50 per visit even though they did nothing put pull a couple weeds, not even getting leaves/branches/etc picked up in the back yard. Service will be more than worth it once the grass (and weeds) start growing again, but for the time being it doesn't feel like a good value.

He came and gave us a qoute for monthly lawn care.  Price was competitive however he would only provide weekly service and we needed bi-weekly service.

For $25 advertised a plan for landscaping. I expected more.

I want my money back.  At this point I'm not interested in doing business with him.  Guys like this are the reason I joined Angie's list.  If he doesn't need more business right now, I'm fine with that.  Don't offer the $25 special or at least call and tell me you're refunding my money and then do it.  He could be a very nice guy and a great landscaper but he's no businessman.  By the way, the date I listed is a guess at when I signed up for the Angie's List Special.  I don't want to be bothered looking up specific dates for non-service.

I was told on two separate occasions that I would get a phone call from someone to give me an estimate on having a new line run for a french drain.  I did not receive a call back either time.  Even though the last time I was even told they were in the office and not doing anything.

cannot find a better service for your lawn care and landscape in this area. Simply the best there is.

All work was completed on time, at cost and very well done!  The team did an outstanding job and we are very pleased with the quality and price of work they did for us.  Highly recommend Bays Lawn & Landscape Management.

Excellent !! My yard is very large and I am very particular about how my yard appears.  They listened and completed the lawn/yard work to my specifications.   They actually exceeded my expectations !  They were prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. The yard looks great - the envy of my neighbors.
I would highly recommend this lawn company to anyone who is looking for great service at a good price.

First, Jim Bay is a great guy. He is honest, fair, and his word is good. 
I prepared a very detailed statement of work for our project. Very detailed. He really liked that a lot. This told me that he likes to have defined elements of work which guarantees that 1) the customer will get the work done that they want and 2) the contractor will know what their tasks are ahead of time and will not be asked to do out of scope work. Bottom line is that he did what the contract required with no qualms and no excuses.
Yes, we had a few problems but Jim or his guys worked hard and quick to correct them. I cannot ask for more than that.
And finally, we decided to keep him on to do our bi-weekly maintenance. His crew does a top notch job. No complaints.

My lawn looks marvelous! Always!!!!

They have been doing a real good job. Their prices are very reasonable. They are very professional and have excellent rates.
