+ 1 moreUtah was one of the best people I've worked with in a very long time; he is in tune to what you need and he knows how to accomplish that. He is very low-key and so is his crew. They just get the job done.
Description of Work: Utah Schwartz is the owner of this company and I can't say enough about this young man. He did a beautiful job on our house and seemed to instinctively know that, as aging owners, we needed to keep things as low maintenence as possible. He had some unique ideas about how to "wrap" certain areas so we'll never have to paint them in the future and ideas about how to make our steel doors last longer. He did a total redo of the siding of the house and the dormers, soffits, and down spouts. He even fitted the eaves with "squirrel proof" grates.
