Did not receive flowers ordered for my mom by a friend. Owner insisted she had left a tag on the door when there was no answer. Our address was correct on the order; she (or her delivery person) went next door, where, not only did the house number not match the order, there was a "For Rent" sign in the front yard! When my husband and my friend, who were communicating with each other about the order, learned she had gone to the wrong address, she lied and said she'd called me twice. Finally, the flowers arrived, but she was ulcer, and did not apologize. What business owner worth their salt does not apologize to a customer when errors are made by the business owner?!
