When I first made contact on the phone the employee/half-owner was courteous and helpful. I took the two end tables that had belonged to my Grandmother by his office for him to look at. He gave me an extremely fair price but warned me that he is extremely busy and was backlogged. Time was not an issue and he actually finished them earlier than I'd expected and did a fantastic job. The tables have great sentimental value and I felt good about leaving them in the hands of someone who was caring and conscientious about his work and who also offered a very fair price and was candid about how long it might be before he could finish them due to his workload. First rate customer service and would definitely use them again and recommend to others who have furniture that has meaning for them and who also want quality work at good price.

He was wonderful. He was a lovely man. He did a good job and guaranteed his work. And if anything happens to it, he'll redo it.

Excellent! All chairs were done within our requested time frame and looked and quot;almost newand quot; again. We were very pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism of all staff, and the price was reasonable for the amount of work that was done on each chair.

They offer incredible attention to detail. They were amazing. He is thorough and probably a master craftsman. He is an expert and knows what he is doing. He is very committed to doing a good job. I know he also does restoration work from fire and water damage. The cabinet he did for me is amazing. I cannot imagine a better job being done anywhere else.
