Description of Work: Deysi is amazing, she came into my home with her staff and cleaned it top to bottom!! As i work from home, they worked around my schedule. We also have 3 dogs that love to help in all ways and they treated them great and handled them very well.

 + -1 moreIn addition to cleaning all floors, thoroughly dusting all furniture and cleaning the bathrooms, Deysi washed bed linens and remade all beds. She washed, dried, and folded laundry that was in the kids' laundry closet as well as a load that was already in the washer. She completed a load in the dishwasher and unloaded/put away dishes, leaving some on the counter to dry if she wasn't sure where I kept them. The house smelled clean and well cared for when I came in from work! Deysi is a delight to talk to (she was finishing when I got home). She is detail-oriented, and she does great at her job. I will look forward to her next visit.
Description of Work: Deysi set up a time to do a weekly cleaning for our home. She provided her supplies and cleaned our 3B/2BA house.

 + -1 moreWe had Daisy (though I don't know that's the correct spelling) come in to clean my in-laws' somewhat smallish three bedroom, two bath house. She came first for a deep clean then we started scheduling her for regular visits starting yesterday. My in-laws have never had anyone do this kind of work for them before and they were very apprehensive about someone they didn't know in their house. No problem. Daisy is a delight. She did a fantastic job on the cleaning and also putting my in-laws at ease. She's already scheduled for a third visit and I can see this going on for a very long time. As some of the reviewers pointed out, her English is not excellent, but she communicates effectively enough and you can always text message with her as well. Totally feel like we scored when we found her!
Description of Work: Deep clean on the first visit and regular clean on a subsequent visit.

 + -1 moreThey are excellent. My only issue is that her English isn't that good and I can't find a way to tell her that she doesn't understand something because she just goes "yes, yes, yes." I'm infinitely patient, so I don't really mind.

 + -1 morebadly. Her voice sounded nice....but i guess we never got past me calling her.
Description of Work: I called her about house cleaning. she said she had to take baby to doctor and would call me back that day. Have never heard from her again. I get really tired of people saying they need work, then cannot follow thru at all.

Description of Work: Daisy is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! We had a 3400 ft2 home and she left it spotless after every visit. We had her come to our home every other week for a year. She charged $120 for the visit and was impeccably detailed oriented. My wife loved her and I was wowed. She even scrubbed my toothbrush holder! She actually enjoys her job and takes great pride in her work. She would move the microwave, scrub it and the shelf it was on, pledged and polished everything, wiped dust off and around the TVs.....extremely professional. I looked forward to her visits. We have since moved out of the area, and I can only hope to find someone as good as her again!

 + -1 moreShe came in on time and got to work fast. She deep cleaned the large sized 2bed/2bath house and deep clean carpets for us too and only took 4 hours!
Description of Work: Alejandra has worked for us for the past 6 years and we trust her completly!!! Spainish is 1st language but she will do anything you ask of her. She cleans both our home and our rental home before new guests arrival in another subdivision. Over the past 6 years she has become part of our family....We love her! For appointments on our home all we do is call and leave a message if she's working somewhere else. She always calls us pretty soon. We won't have anyone else ever clean our home.
