AFFORDABLE HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Punctual - The days they are working, they are punctual.  Completion of the job is not punctual....We hired them by contract in Oct 2013, it is now 13 Jan 2014 and they have still not finished the job. Quality - The workers work long hours and don't play around, but they are somewhat sloppy.  Some windows get caulked, others do not - which lets rain in.  Window drain slats got caulked closed so the 1st rain forced rain into the house at almost every window causing huge puddles inside the house. Several door and window frames did not get siding all the way around them and they were not sealed so the wood is exposed to the elements - leaving it susceptible to wood rot and termites, etc.  Workers tore 4 or 5 window screens and manager/supervisor has not replaced screens yet.  The list could continue to go on..... From a distant view, the house looks beautiful, but close up there are way too many mistakes that need to be fixed and we have not been able to get them to send a crew to finish the job because they are too busy getting paid elsewhere.  Too bad we were suckers and got taken....they have already been paid in full, otherwise they would have come back to make sure they got all the money.

Tom gave me a detailed estimate for the work I requested to be done. His crew worked hard every day and completed the work in a timely manner. They did an excellent job replacing the exterior doors I purchased and when the work was completed Tom inspected it and made certain everything was done to his satisfaction as well as mine. There was a small imperfection in one of the pieces of siding near my front door and he sent the crew back out to replace it! I was very impressed with his attention to detail and would definitely recommend his company to anyone. I will use them in the future for other projects I want to accomplish.
