Mike came out on short notice and completed a home inspection. I am usually very skeptical about home inspectors as they sometimes have a hidden agenda but this was not the case. Mike was extremely professional and inspected the house as if he was making the purchase. He allowed me to walk with him through the inspection, explained the findings and had great tips on fixing problems. I have already recommended him to another friend who is buying and would encourage others to do so. He even offered a military discount at $325.00.

It went great!! Mike arrived on time, started the inspection promptly and worked around the house quietly. After he completed the inspection, we did a walkthrough and he explained the shortcomings in detail. The next morning we received a detailed report with pictures to remind us of the areas that needed work. Mike was very professional, thorough, and personable. It was a great experience!! Mike was VERY thorough. While he was inspecting he would point things out to me and tell me if it was a minor or major finding/repair and if it was a minor repair explained the best way to repair it. Mike was very informative, courteous, and timely. I received the report from the inspection the next day. The report was very neat and easy to read and included lots of pictures.
