These guys came recommended to me fro a friend. And for good reason. They came out the day I called to repair my air in my condo. They tried literally everything but my unit form 1982 (it's 2016) was so decayed and rotten there was just no hope. I asked them to reinstall everything from the wiring to unit downstairs and upstairs. They did not even charge me for that first day because they were unable to provide me with air, no fault of their own, after they tried for hours. Who does that! How awesome. The crew came back two days later and replaced everything. They even moved my thermostat because I hated the location. They built me a shelf for the unit inside my closet because the wood was rotten. All for no extra charge. A+++++ 5***** all the way.

We use Advanced AC and Air for all our commercial properties. They come within 24 hrs, and always seem to fix the problem of the day.

Yesterday we used them to diagnose an AC problem at one of our units. They diagnosed, fixed and were gone within one hour.

Central A/C System went out one day, the outside unit (compressor) just wouldn't come on. The inside unit (air handler) and thermostat both seemed to be working fine. The system is fairly new, just around 6 yrs. old, so I would have been angry if something major would have been wrong, or hesitant to believe the tech if he was gonna try to sell me on something expensive. But James looked at it and right away said, "Oh this should be something simple sir, your unit is still in pristine shape". And it was, it was just a bad circuit breaker to the outside unit. He had it changed out in a few minutes and the system is working perfectly now. Much easier experience than I thought it was gonna be, and this company even gave $10 off their service call fee for military.
