My dryer would not heat and I called A-1. On the day of the appointment I had to call several times after the appointment time, because he did not show. A-1 finally came out two hours late and charged me $140 in labor to change a fuse. He said the thermostat was fine. Less than 5 days later the fuse failed again despite never getting the dryer temperature above low. I called and he said he would call back and never returned my call. I replace the fuse and thermostat myself and have not have a problem. Unreliable and technically questionable.
