They were there on time, and did the job paid for in an efficient manor. There were several dirty areas from traffic patterns, and most of them came out. They used steam cleaning method which leaves no lingering odors upon completion. They did pre spot before beginning the steam cleaning. It took about 2 hrs. to do the entire house. They had to vacuum before starting. The house is big, 2700 sq. ft. and has a master bedroom which is 53' long. They charged me by the room not the sq. footage, therefore they were by far the least expensive to use.

Although it seemed like an endless procedure, I am extremely pleased with the finished results. Each crew was friendly and professional. If I wasn't pleased with something, they did their best to correct the problem. They answered my endless questions politely. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs excellent repairs and professional results.

Wonderful work and wonderful to work with. That is the best way to describe how TLC Experts remodeled our kitchen after a dishwasher leak. It is stunning to say the least. Paul Sampson guided us through every step of the process and his crew were a joy to work with. They were polite, courteous, and conscientious of our needs. The pricing for the quality we received was reasonable. When we have another major project, we will call TLC Experts.

A water supply pipe in my home broke in several places. Water became ubiquitous. Flooding seemed to be everywhere. Of course, the usual protocol is to call the insurance company and the relevant contractors.
The contractor who particularly impressed me was Mark, the general manager of TLC Experts. He was punctual, courteous and he had helpful suggestions. The quality of his work, which included carpet replacement and drywall restoration, was outstanding.
Moreover, Mark was amenable to flexible financial arrangements. What more could any customer want? I would highly recommend TLC Experts for any project involving restoration and remodeling.  

Great!  Arrived promptly, courteous, neatly dressed.  Did a great job.  Even got out some old stains.

Over priced for work that was to be done .

I have used them several times & have had a positive experience each time.

They did a beautiful job. They are prompt, courteous, and professional.

I have used TLC many  times over the past several years, always prompt, courteous and  quality of work is superior.

Areas of grout were still dirty after the team left, but they were happy to come back and make it right. Final result was OK, but I'll try another contractor next time. The job should have been done right the first time.

We would definitely use TLC again.
