Called for a specific replacement of a blower motor. No diagnostic testing needed. Gave me a price of $327. Thought that included the part, but later found out it was a free warranty part. They came out and replaced the part in less than an hour. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges, they replied, "Our prices are based on a flat rate pricing system." The fact that they refused to give a breakdown of charges speaks volumes. I confirmed that there is a small "administrative fee" for warranty work, but they refused to put the amount in the invoice. What are they hiding? The fact that they charged $327 for less than an hour's worth of work and then they are going to get reimbursed for the warranty part. HMMM BEWARE and request an itemized invoice before you use this company!

They did a good job and so far, it is working fine. At this point, I would hire them again.

Steve Smith has always been an excellent AC company. His guys are always on time, good workers, and even take their shoes off before they come in your house. I bought an entire AC unit 2 years ago on Ryan's recommendation and it has definitely saved me at 100.00 a month in electric bills..so it's almost paid for itself just like he said. They are always there quickly because we have had emergencies in the past and they were there quickly within minutes most times. They are the best!!!!
