They spray if they see any bugs. They are real conscientious. I once saw a very large bug and called them. He quickly came out, located it and explained everything to me from when I could expect to see them and their habits. He reassured me and went around and sprayed some more for me. The customer service with them is outstanding for whole house extermination and they are great people to work with. They do a good job!

Once, we were out of town when they completed the job. They told us everything they did while they were here. They always let us know what they used and how they used it. If they have any problems while we are home, they knock on the door, show my husband, and they complete the treatment. If there is a problem they would fix it. They customer service is outstanding and they are great people to work with!

I haven't had any issues since. It is all taken care of. I didn't really shop around because I was desperate to get rid of the termites. All in all, I think the price was comparable. They were very prompt.
