Mr. Snyder was prompt, professional, and courteous. He diagnosed and confirmed the underlying issue, then corrected it. He made sure everything was up and running ice cold before he left. He even followed up that evening. I highly recommend this company. Mr. Snyder is very proficient, reliable, and fair. I won't be calling anyone else. It is amazing how much we take a cool house for granted!
