Gary from Reel Plumbing came in, replaced the disposal, didn't leave any mess, was professional and personable, and I would use him again for plumbing concerns. The B for responsiveness was because I didn't get a call back confirming the appointment and had to call them back to confirm; however, receptionist was apologetic, and everything worked out very well.
