Awful would never ever ever use them again where is experience of my life from start to finish planning stage everything was wrong they’re very unorganized and don’t know what they’re doing

okay. The entire project is still not finished. Contract was signed on September 10, 2016. Broke ground on October 27, 2016. Service and responsive ness was slow.

Our pool was built by Louden Pools in 2012. They worked with us from the beginning to incorporate our ideas onto the design, down to the smallest details. We were very pleased with the quality of the pool, the professionalism of the employees and the follow-up after the pool was complete.
The emphasis on delivering a quality pool is shared by the employees at all levels. Most have been with Louden for many years and the craftsmen who worked on our pool arrived on time, were respectful of our property and cleaned up before they left each day.
We had a wonderful experience working with Louden to add new living space to our home.
