Overall, it went very well. They worked efficiently and professionally. The day they installed the water heater was the day Hurricane Irene sent that rogue band of water up the east coast. The men were soaked going in and out of the house, but it didn't stop them, nor did they complain! It's been several months since they did the work, and everything is working smoothly.

I always use them for my 110 year old house. They are nice people. They have been around forever. I am pretty satisfied with them. They are prompt. I've called them on Saturdays and Sundays with a problem and if they can't talk me through how to fix it myself, they will come. They have been real responsive. I've known them for years.
