I needed a 4 point inspections ASAP for my insurance and James Percy was able to get to me within hours. He is very reliable , professional and did a great job and got me the report I needed as promised. I would highly recommend him and use him again.

I left a message which was returned promptly by Mr. Percy. He informed me that I would receive a follow up call from one of his Inspectors to set up an appointment. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Robert. My appointment was set for the following day. In the morning Robert called to advise he was able to come earlier than what was scheduled. Once here, Robert was informative, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and told me that I should receive the results within 2 days - which I did. The report extremely thorough, understandable and professionally documented for future reference. I would definitely recommend J. S Percy & Associates and will use them again if the need arises.
