They were wonderful can't ask anything for the better and I recommend them to my friends, they were nice clean and on time. The price is fair, I have no complaint at all, very knowledge polite and courteous and they clean up his mess.

Service was provided on a timely basis. All inspections preformed thoroughly and some recommended additions were made to obtain an A rating that was needed to lower my annual Insurance Policy. I have been in Real Estate for approximately 30 years and, have had extensive experience with inspectors and found Percy and Associates professional, timely and very personable.
