I would hire John Michaels again in a heartbeat. His communication was highly professional; when delayed due to weather, he kept me posted at all times as to when he could finish the job. He is an absolute artist when it comes to trees, painstakingly evaluating & performing the trim to perfection. He cleaned up very nicely. I only gave him a "C" when it comes to price because I think his charge was about average for the market; however, I could be wrong & whatever I paid, it was worth it to get the job done right! I've been having these trees trimmed for 16 years & nobody has done it better. John, you are highly appreciated!
