They had to re-do the knockdown, only due to our tricky lighting, but they perfected it the second time. We are very happy with our service and would recommend them to anyone.

He was punctual and did what he said he was going to do. He is not the most price effective person, he is mid to high price range for the job he did. He was very efficient and he had the crew there when he said he scheduled them. They did what they were suppose to do. He managed the job from beginning to end very good. He also had a project manager working on this and she was very good. She managed the project very well, got permits, and was very good about updating on the process they were going through. There were some set backs and they were able to work through them and keep what they promised. I would use them again in the future, provided that I have the money.

His pricing, follow up and communication with me were all good. He was on the ball with his follow up and communication. If there is problem or anything like that, he would not leave it or forget to mention it. There are no secrets or hidden agenda or anything like that. He will tell you things as they are. He is very straightforward.
