He was friendly and professional, and we made an appointment for him to inspect the house in Florida (I am located in New York). He completed the inspection and report quickly, and the report (pictures and all) was thorough. In fact, he gave a summary of "areas of concern" at the end - which I found after I read through the first 33 (out of 37) pages!
Description of Work: Inspected my father's manufactured home in Tropical Isles, Fort Pierce, Florida.

Description of Work: John was on time, did a full inspection prior to us purchasing the home. Pointed out some needs attention items, gave us advice on what to do about it, was thorough and very experienced.

 + -1 moreJohn Heaning is a knowledgable and very professional home inspector. He is friendly and prompt. He will try to answer any and all concerns and will go out of his way to help you with whatever concerns you may have. He is honest and will give you a striaght forward opinion on what he has found along with the pros of what he has come across. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.
Description of Work: He inspected the entire outside perimeter of the house and property, on the inside he checked every inch of the house along with checking the appliances, plumbing, wood rot, roofing, windows, air conditioning and heat, lights, outlets, garage doors and openers, water main etc. He gives you a complete written report.

Description of Work: John walked me through the home inspection on the house we bought. Even though I am in construction myself, I felt comfortable with him, very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Pointed out little details most would miss. Even came back to do a second special request for the mortgage company on short notice. Very detailed report, short notice, fast response, outstanding job.
