+ -1 moreAFTER PROVIDING LAWN SERVICES THE PAST 3 MONTHS, WE TERMINATED THEIR SERVICES AFTER FINDING THE FOLLOWING: HEDGES WERE CUT HAPHAZARDLY AND LOOKED TERRIBLE. WEEDS WERE LET GO: GROWING OUT OF HEDGES AND IN ROCK AND MULCH BEDS. THEY SENT US A BILL FOR THEIR UPCOMING MONTHS SERVICE BEFORE THEY EVEN PROVIDED THE WORK. WE NOTIFIED THEM THAT WE WERE TERMINATING THEIR SERVICES FOR LACK OF PERFORMANCE 1/2 WAY THROUGH THE MONTH AND REQUESTED TO BE REFUNDED 1/2 OF THE PAYMENT WE SENT THEM SINCE THEY WOULD NOT BE SERVICING THE HOME THE LAST 2 WEEKS OF THE MONTH. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND US ANYTHING. THEY FALL SHORT OF WHAT ANY COMPANY SHOULD BE IN PROVIDING ETHICAL, QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
