Called, referred by superintendent, came out immediately, very knowledgeable, coordinated with building super.

Removed old door and track. Built up side and overhead door areas with 2x6 pressure treated lumber as required to meet code. Installed new door using existing door closer. Workers did an excellent job. We are impressed by the quality of the door. And the workers provided instruction on how to maintain the door rollers and how to use the side locks to secure the door in the event of a hurricane.

I have lived in my house for almost nine years. They installed the garage door when the house was built. They also installed mirrors, a bathtub glass enclosure, and braces for the garage door for extra hurricane protection. About three years ago I learned that they had a yearly maintenance program for the garage door. I thought that would be a good thing to have.
Today was service day. They were on time and very efficient.

Showed up for estimate shortly after initial can. Performed repairs on scheduled date and did a great job.

Called company for repair of garage door opener. Ted came 8:30 AM as promised, replaced a defective gear, adjusted the spring, and lubricated the spring and door connectors. Very satisfied.

They are very nice people and they have been here forever. I've used them for years. I bought doors for my business from them years ago and they have always been good people. They have a good product and good prices. I didn't check their prices but I went online and checked prices of openers. They have experienced installers. They are very responsive. They even tried to help me find parts for my old opener but it was too old. They showed up on time.

Garage door would not open and Garage Door Sales came out and diagnosed the issue as a gear problem inside the motor itself. They had the parts and repaired it. I called Monday AM. The repairman was excellent, friendly, professional, called in advance, and came a day early. I only called that morning so all was done by that afternoon. Very good people! Impressed by attention to details and knowledge of equipment.
