Steve  with Flortech was referred to me by my interior designer who has an eye for exception detailed work and her own personal experience with Steve.  Steve and associate promptly arrived as scheduled.  Reviewed all areas to be cleaned and problem area to  be resolve.  The carpets had several year old "Kid accident" stains that several carpet cleaning services could not remove.  I thought I would have to remove the carpet in my children's den it was stained so bad.  Some areas, I had tried to clean myself and created more stains. All my questions were answered professionally.  Suggestions for future cleaning problems were discussed and the chemical reaction for certain  products laid on top of carpets.  Steve advised if any stains return, he will  return to re-clean those areas.
  I must give Steve a new title "Carpet Doctor".  All stains are gone!.  The den looks almost brand new!  If you are looking for a personal touch to an excellent cleaning service, I would highly recommend Steve with  Flortech.

Zip, zip, zip

Steve and his assistant Terry arrived promptly, inspected both sofa and chair to confirm whether to dry clean or wet clean and assess areas to spot clean. They did dry clean with solvent, and applied fabric protector afterwards. They protected flooring and returned everything to their proper places. Steve explained the process so that we understood what had been done. Both sofa and chair look fantastic.

He always comes when he says he will and he does a great job. He is real reasonable. There is nothing about him that I am unhappy with.
