Not professional, nor was there any compassion, the employees were bashing the company. Very disappointed, We have been with this company a long time.

We had a big electrical storm a few nights ago and my generator came on but did not supply electricity y to the house. I thought this was something minor so I called a few generator service companies. Most of the companies wanted to charge me a service call of $200.00 plus wanted to sell me a maintenance contract that the total added up to close to $600.00. And on top of that , they could not come out for at least a week! Energized Electric was the only one that was willing to listen to my diagnosis and we agreed on a tune up for $169.00. They came the next day and their service man, Pedro Medina was absolutely wonderful, through and honest.He opened up the generator and right away saw that the fuse had tripped and he said that probably was the reason it did not come on but he would service the generator and make sure that was the actual reason. He preceded to do the tune up, washed and waxed my generator and then tested the fuse and saw that everything was ok .He then gave my generator a clean bill of health and even showed me how to restart the fuse in case it ever trips again. What a pleasure it was to do business with him and his company! No up sell l or gimmicks, just honesty and integrity. I am going to tell the world about this company!

The installation of the generator went off without a hitch.  The ceiling fan did not work due to faulty parts and they came back TWO more times to get it to work.  The owner not only did the estimate but he also showed up to see how the work was done.  HE DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE OTHER 2 TRIPS.
i would highly recommend them.

Excellent Service

Great! They were professional and easy to work with. They showed up for appointments as scheduled. Listen ended to all my concerns and we're very professional.

They are always punctual, knowledgeable, and helpful.  The representative showed me some tips about the operation of the generator and completed his inspection of the generator and the electrical system within 45 minutes.  I have used this company for many years and they are consistent in their training and the quality of their personnel.  I highly recommend using them.

They are very professional and do a great job.  We have a maintenance contract which is the best way to go.

Energized Electric show up when they say they will. Nothing has gone wrong (with the generator).

One job was a contracted job and it was probably $3000 worth of work. We also have them do have an annual generator maintenance contract that I believe includes replacing the battery. It costs us about $400 a year. We would use them again; in fact we just called them the other day.

They had two people work on this problem for over ten hours until we all decided it was not worth spending more time on this old unit.  I believe they did everything they could to try and fix it.  They would have taken the whole unit apart and rebuilt it if I let them do it, but that would not have guaranteed the unit would work.  I would not hesitate to call them again if I had another electrical problem.  They were very knowledgeable and professional service people.
