The company was very quick to respond to our request for a price quote and outline of their services, Measurements taken and quote provided. The company did not over promise the length of time it would be to have them made and installed. I was made aware continually of the progress. (We had a horrible communication problem with a competing company when we had an Accordian installed on our lanai.) I am extremely pleased with DVT! There shutters were of excellent quality and priced very well. Their installers were excellent. They were very professional, explained everything to us and did a fast, and thorough job. They were clean, neat, polite and a pleasure to have at my home! I also appreciate the ease of communication with the office. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend.
