Owner, Dennis Wondra was very quick on collecting the money, work was done slowly and poorly with no quality, completely substandard! I have asked the Owner to correct the crooked tiles and uneven grout, tiles sticking out of their places as well as uneven cuts but even after all the attempts to make correction, the job quality was still poor. This company simply has no quality. see attached pictures. At that point I have hired a new pool construction company to fix the problems. They discovered that the Bench built by Dolphin Pools and Patios was filled up with dirt and garbage! We actually opened up the top cement layer and found out it was filled with improper materials. Complete violation on building codes! my recommendations: stay away!

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY COME TO DO THE WORK WHEN WE ARE NOT HOME AND NEED LITTLE SUPERVISION. IF I EVER CALL WITH ANOTHER TYPE OF POOL PROBLEM THEY ARE USUALLY OUT WITHIN A DAY OR TWO.
