Whenever you call them for anything like inquire services that they are offering in the area, they automatically place it on your bill. I inquired about the home service at one point and they signed me up immediately for a triple plan and I only found out about it when I got my bill. So I am not happy with them but unfortunately I am stuck with them because they are the only that service my area.
If I have an alternative, I will not use them again.

Went well. I would t recommend this for someone without technical experience. You will need some knowledge of Internet equipment to get things right.

They are terrible. I dislike everything about them. Their customer knowledge is terrible. One has to talk to several people before they could find out what the deal is. They tell to get another cable box and one drives 10 miles to get the cable & get the wrong ones. Then it is frustrating to talk to the customer service people to figure out the problem. The price is outrageous and they keep raising the price. There is nothing good about them. The cable box they gave me is not the right one. I have TV service in two locations and the one that I have here is worthless.
