Description of Work: Several appointments. Once for flu. Twice for thyroid testing. They were thorough and timely. Very amenable to giving me test results. The only downside was a young make tech assistant drawing my blood. Did a poor job of finding and drawing blood. Painful and bruising I am shine they use right out of school techs.

Description of Work: This office is always a mess. Dr. Zimmer is gruff and impersonable and her partner Dr. Zelinka is as well. They are always talking around you and over you interrupting your care. Most of the staff reflect this with a few exceptions. They pay more attention to their laptops than they do to the patient. Not a pleasant doctor, staff, or environment to visit.

+ -1 moreI had to report her. She was the worst doctor I have ever been to in my life, so I had to report her to Angie’s List. She gave me an upset diagnosis, and she sent me for tests I didn’t need. She tried to overcharge me and not put things through the insurance company, she was really awful. I definitely would not recommend her to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. As for the practice itself, they were very unfriendly, cold, and kind of mean. They were lousy in everything, and they were not trustworthy. They billed me money, and they also billed the insurance company, but they didn’t want to refund me. Finally they did visit Angie’s List, and they saw my report. I don’t know what Angie’s List did, but I got a check from them. I was very, very grateful to Angie’s List for helping me out and getting my refund. Otherwise I would still be waiting. They didn’t call back when I left messages for them, I wrote them a letter, and they didn’t answer. The only thing that worked with them was Angie’s List, and I am very happy.
Description of Work: I saw Dr. Zimmer of Coastal Primary Care. I had last been there for routine services.
