They called made appointment, arrived on time, and I provided the parts and what I need done, then the got started and did an outstanding Job, I would highly recommend them....Well Done

I bought a big deal for this service and it was quite a while ago. They came out pretty quickly and it was on a weekend. They were quick and cordial. It was overall very convenient.
"Does not sound quite right. Must have been a communication problem or misinformed or misunderstood. Most customers are extremely satisfied and very happy with the service provided. Sounds like an Isolated incident."
"I believe this is an isolated incident, that unfortunately does happen. M. [removed member name] requested Weekend service because of not having availability during the week, so we did accommodate her request for a Saturday service call. There was absolutely very difficult attic work performed and there was some ceiling damage as stated. We do stand accountable for that as usual and expressed that to the customer as well. The final work to be done was not hat much and did rechedule with her for a couple later as requested again for weeke end service. Most of the the work and materials were already completed and installed. One of the considered problems also is that the heat in the attic was beyond acceptable and needed to be rescheduled for an earlier appt. to finish up work already completed. M. [removed member name] was called by the office manager a few times and left messages with apologizes, requesting a reschedule confirmation. Customer left a message at office over the weekend expressing that she did not want any additional service from our company. Totally understandable and accept her decision. Again unfortunately this is not a regular happening and do apologize to her. Most of our reviews are great and people rave about out service and tell friends and family. Im sure M. [removed member name]is a great person who had a bad experience unfortunately. Sorry for that, respectfully best wishes always."
