Flooring
The first problem was that we paid in full before they started the job. On the first day that he showed up he would only work for 2 hours at a time. It took him a month to do the job! They charged me for the full amount of wood and 5 gallons of adhesives. They only used 3 gallons and we ran out of wood. They ended up mixing the wood. There are gaps in the wood.
He left the flooring in a horrible shape with adhesive all over the floor. His poor wife had to come over and clean the floors. He is just a jerk. He forgot to do the trim. Everything that I show him he says, "it's because your house has moisture coming in."
