He'll be on the spot, and most importantly, has well over 10 years experience in small and large networks of all types and won't be the typical IT guy that shows up and learns as he goes on your problem!. Finds the solution fast due to his experience and numerous Certifications, and then always adds a little extra advice beyond just the current solution.
