Description of Work: On 10/21/2014 I hired Kevin Young/ All Green Concepts to provide me with engineered plans for some upgrades for my home. On 10/21 I signed a contract for our agreement and paid him a $500 deposit which was 50% of the total which would be due on completion. At one point in late Nov., Mr. Young emailed me some hand sketches that he (who is not an engineer) made, which are of absolutely no value to me. Both my husband and I have made numerous attempts to obtain either our plans or a refund, however Mr Young rarely answers his phone or returns our phone calls. In the few occasions we have been able to speak with Mr Young he tells us that he just has to pick up the plans and that they should be ready by "tomorrow." Between my husband and I, he gave us the "tomorrow" excuse approximately 6 times, after which we requested a refund because it is now mid-Feb. And we have since needed to hire someone else to do the job. Since requesting the refund on Jan. 31, we have been absolutely unable to get in touch with Mr Young. Soon initially meeting Mr Young, he seems very nice and professional, however I would be very cautious of paying him before he actually completes the work, as he doesn't seem to have a problem keeping the money for jobs in which he never intended on performing.

Description of Work: Keven Young is a licensed contractor and owner of All Green Concepts. We had a copper pipe spring a leak in our wall between the master bedroom and master bathroom. The pipe was the main water line into our home. We had water damage inside our walls in both the bedroom and bathroom. The water ruined our carpet and our bedroom set. I noticed a bubble in the bathroom wall drywall and called Kevin who came out and he immediately cut a portion of the drywall out in the bathroom and then our bedroom exposing the water damage and mold in the walls. Kevin had to remove all the insulation and ruined studs, repair the water pipe by cutting it out and replacing it with a new pipe. Getting rid of the mold by partioning off the affected areas and drying everything out with de-humidifiers, etc. The toilet, drywall, and tile had to be removed in the bathroom. Kevin and his crew had to remove the carpet, replace the studs, insulation, toilet, tile, drywall, baseboard, and paint the walls. Test for mold after their treatment of the damaged areas. There was none. Kevin Young did an exceptional job of putting our master bedroom and bathroom back together. You would never know that anything ever happened looking at it now. This is the second time we have used Kevin as we had water damage on both sides of our dining room 12 foot high window and we went through the same thing with mold and ruined studs, insulation, etc. Each time Kevin and his crew did an outstanding job. My wife and I recommended All Green Concepts and Kevin Young for any of your household repairs. Kevin is a very nice young man who will make you feel comfortable and will gladly give you an estimate for free. He is very, very reasonable in what he charges. Kevin will make sure the job is done right.
