Al showed up on time and ready to work. He was very fast and efficient. We've owned our home for more than 8 years and have tried everything to figure out how to take the windows out to do a heavy cleaning. No one has ever been able to do it and after only a few minutes Al popped it right out! He definitely knows windows! Very happy with the service and will be using him again!

Service never completed, I'm trying to get my money back from Angies Liat, since they promoted a special deal with this company, which I paid in advance for.

I gave him three dates to schedule. He called me and told me he was slammed and that he needed to reschedule. I let him reschedule to a date that he chose. He then texted that day and said he couldn't make it. He rescheduled again for today and has not reached out to me what so ever. I am upset with this experience and I am going with another company. I had three or four neighbors that also wanted a reference and I guess he didn't need the business.

this is the first time the windows have been cleaned not only since we moved in but probably in last 5 years since the house was vacant. AL is a nice guy who knows what he's doing. He works hard and we would definitely call him to come back

Could not have gone better. Al.called and we set up the appointment for today. He arrived exactly on time. He performed his tasks efficiently and with no impact on us. The house was left as he found it. My wife was extremely satisfied. And I liked the cost. AND no roof tiles were broke,!

We purchased this service via Angies list on October 27th. We scheduled a time on Nov. 3rd, a week later, to do the service. He canceled saying his truck had problems. No big deal, we scheduled for the following Monday. Again a cancellation this time for a problem with his niece. This time (Nov. 20th) he cancelled saying the weather from 2 days ago messed him up. We are tired of his excuses!!! Frankly I doubt he'll even give us our money back.
And finally this is the second ripoff we've encountered using an AngiesLIst deal. And big shock this was only the second one we've ever done. They need to STOP these specials if they can't control the quality of the deals they are offering.

Al and I spoke several times on the phone before he came. He was most accommodating and worked with our schedule. He arrived promptly, in fact early, for our appointed time. He was very neat and professional - very personable young man. (I say young because we're rather on the "mature" side - notice I didn't say "old" lol.) He did an excellent job - the windows actually sparkle. We do have to be careful that we don't walk into the sliders - they're so clean! Al also brought all his own supplies and equipment and was very cheerful all the while he was here. He wore covers on his shoes which I thought was very considerate and professional. He moves the furniture but does ask that you move any small and/or expensive objects - which I can certainly understand.
We do plan on having him come on a regular basis so our windows stay in this pristine condition. I VERY HIGHLY recommend Al's Window Cleaning.

He was professional and did a great job. He was able to perform the work the same week I called for service. I would definitely recommend him for your windows. Birds beware my windows are so clean!

We had problems getting the work date scheduled but when it was finally established he arrived promptly and did a wonderful job.
It was one of the super deals advertised on Angie's List.
I would used him again, if price allowed, and would recommend him to others.

I have set four appointments so far. He has not showed up for any of them, and two of them he did not call or show up. I have tried contacting him through email and by phone.
