The septic tech arrived on time in a clean and well maintained septic truck and was mindful and caring enough to not drive this large truck onto my newly installed brick paver driveway. I explained to him that I always get my septic tank serviced every 3 to 3.5 years and that it had been a little over 3 years since last pumping by another company. I was not having any problems with system operation--but was cautious enough to have it pumped religiously because I live in an area where the ground water level is high.
The tech--a Mr Roselis I believe was his name was a very cheerful, well mannered, neatly dressed worker who did not waste any time explaining to me exactly what he was going to do and wanted me to periodically look at he was doing to help me understand better how the system works. He located the tank--which is a 1200 gallon fiberglass tank with a PVC screw on type lid that has always been difficult to remove------he showed initiative and imagination in coaxing the difficult lid off the tank and we discussed how to make it less difficult in the future. After pumping and rinsing out he showed me how the system works-----then we talked about adding some chemical that would aid in septic function. He finished the job removed his tools and equipment then presented me with a neat itemized bill which I paid by check.
Accurate Septic is very lucky to have an employee the caliber of this tech-----he knows what he is doing, assures the customer that he will do excellent work, and keeps the customer informed every step of the process
There is no doubt that I will use Accurate Septic for by septic tank and septic drainfield needs in the future.
