A &J Custom Pools, now known as Brilliant Custom Pools received a $21000.00 and in return we received a survey, plans and a permit. Digging was to commence April 3rd 2023, we heard nothing for over 30 days, I tried numerous times to contact Keith Becker(Junior) via phone, text and email with no result. Finally heard from Steve Russo (former sales representative for A&J Custom Pools) stating that Keith’s contractors license was in jeopardy due to a divorce, that we should file a formal complaint to protect ourselves. I decided to go the business address on record, where I met with Hannah Becker contractor license holder and qualifier who gladly released us from our contract obligation. She wanted to return our deposit minus accrued expenses, but Keith Becker removed her from all business accounts with her knowledge or consent.
