She manages my property in Florida. She found very good tenet for me and she is very bus. she is in her mid 30's. There was an after hour call and she did not even told me. I did not found about it until I get my owner statement. She says to me "let me do the job". She got me two good tenets and she did find me a good lawn company. But the owner statements are very confusing. My tenet paid for a renewal and she did not even tell me. The good thing is she got good people there, they pay on time. She has an assistant. She is about her, her image looking good. It is good but there are little things I need to know.
