New Clients can get $25.00 off their first transport for mentioning they found us on Angie's List. Our drivers are experienced auto transporters, we never use a "driver in training". We own trucks (open carriers) and we have a few owner operators leased on to work with us. All vehicles are insured while on the transports. We accept payments via Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover or Cashiers Check . Drop your vehicle at Young's and we offer free shuttle service to and from the Ft Myers airport during our normal office hours for our clients. Our office staff is ready to assist you.

Young's was an excellent choice. You deal directly with the company that has a local physical address in Florida, as opposed to the brokers you get with many other transport services. Young's was easy to deal with, forthright in their pricing and performance. My car was delivered as scheduled without any damages. I will use them again.

Second time we have used Young’s Transport. First time was due to a very positive recommendation from a longtime customer. We were very pleased with the service both times. Scheduling, billing and follow up by Jeannie was accurate, efficient and pleasant. Our driver Randy took very good care of our cars, accurately estimated delivery days/times, communicated well, and is a very pleasant and nice guy. We will definitely use Young’s in the future.

I had a positive experience with Youngs Transport--the 2 ladies in the office were always available to answer my calls and were friendly and efficient. Their main office in Ft. Meyers is close to the airport, so I was happy that they offer free shuttle service to the airport when you drop off your car to them. The drivers were (both ways) friendly and kept in touch with me by phone so that I knew when to expect them. (I dropped off my car in Ft. Myers on Wednesday and had it in Chicago by Sunday, 7pm.) both exchanges I met the drivers in the parking lot at Lowes (the trucks are huge, so even tho brokers offer "door to door" service its unrealistic in the city on old, small, tree lined streets w low hanging branches. I will definitely go back to Youngs as they seemed professional by being so available by phone and I trusted them with my car. The first time I found them thru a broker--I paid LESS with the broker, but the brokers are not available once they get their fee, you could not call them to ask questions. What I learned was--if one wants better service, usually you will pay more for it, like most things! I'll go back to Youngs Transport directly from now on for the peace of mind and ease of booking.

We hear it quite often how a broker quoted a cheaper price but people don't take into account that the broker is not always interested in the actual transport of the vehicle (just their fee). Brokers almost never take into account all the costs of running the truck so they either cannot get the vehicle moved or they are late in getting it moved or it gets moved on a very old truck that is not well maintained or the driver is inexperienced and the vehicle gets damaged and no one wants to be responsible for the repairs. Young's made arrangements to pick up the vehicle when a problem arose and it could not be released by the dealer. Two months later, the conversion was complete and Young's made quick arrangements for pickup. Their driver, Erik, made the drop near our home within three days. This was an awesome first vehicle transport experience at a very realistic price.

Very well. Just slightly higher cost than I wanted but overall good value via-a-via safety and punctuality. Driver (Danny) was courteous and responsive to questions and comments. Would highly recommend because of dealing directly with local company, their experience with this route and set price. Avoid those broker practices.

This is the third time we have used Young's to transport various vehicles to and/or from Ohio/Florida. They've moved a Mustang, Audi A8 and this time it was our Bentley. As usual, they were on-time, professional, courteous and economical. Most importantly, all of our vehicles arrived in perfect condition....and for the exact amount quoted. Don't even bother with anyone else, these guys are the best!

Left my car (my baby) at their indoor storage facility on 5/1/15. Car was loaded on the transport 5/6 and delivered in Michigan on 5/10. I've never shipped a car before and was really apprehensive about the potential for minor dents and scratches. It came out great! Bugs and some road grime were on the car but that's because it was not an enclosed carrier and I expected some of that. Everything washed off fine. Driver (Dan) was very courteous and accommodating - an asset to the company. Would definitely choose them again.

They have been prompt & courteous. They are NOT brokers, posting the jobs, but have their own truckers. You can be assured your car will arrive. I have recommended to a friend, who used it, and was very satisfied. You can go to their office and leave your car, and they will shuttle you to the airport. They are very helpful.

Picked up after-hours 10pm on a Friday in route to home from airport at Alico Rd facility. Early following Monday visited and spoke with Dana & Jeanne pointing out a lateral scratch behind the top where something had fallen or been drug across it, a tiny chip in the windshield which I has decided was not enough to replace the original factory windshield. I asked them to send me to whom ever fixeds these small problems for them (I assume there are small issues arising in this line of business which are addressed by used car prep services). The pair went around the car pointing out minute blemishes (Hey, this is a 20 year old Corvette with 50K miles which is garaged) but there was no indication of a scratch there on their pre-pickup inspection. They agreed that this could not have possibly happened during the time they had the vehicle (I was lying) and good day. Cleaning the road dirt off later I found a scratch near the center of the OEM alloy wheel. No way in H*** that happened anywhere but traversing the ramp on the truck.
I had used Youngs to ship a different Corvette to Michigan two years ago and the service was adequate but pricy compared to the going rate for open trailers. The following fall I used a much cheaper brokered transport who delivered the car with oil drips down the fender which was galling but not permanent and a spot on the hood where something had leaked from the vehicle above and taken an eraser sized spot of the clear coat off.
In summary most Corvette owners know exactly where every blemish is and I am no exception with the two I own. I resent being called a liar by the owner of Young's Transport. And no, I don't want any further from contact from this company, I will never darken their doorway again and I am finished shipping vehicles.

"We disagree with this review 100% and will not pick it apart line by line in this forum, however here is a condensed reply. (1)The client refused to enter our office where I have pictures of his car while it was on the transport, to show him that nothing could have dropped on or scraped across it to cause the two tiny scratches he was pointing out. (2)As for the alleged scratch on the middle on an alloy wheel, The driver would have had to scrape the entire side of the vehicle in order to put a scratch on the alloy wheel. (3)The tiny chip in the windshield could have happened anywhere/anytime as he does actually drive the vehicle on the local roads in MI and FL. We did what we could to have a rational conversation with the client but he was not willing to discuss anything other than the repairs he expected us to pay for.
