I emailed the company photo's of the damages Melissa Flores contacted me back. She apologized and asked if they could come back. I agreed and they came back on July 9, 2014. I showed Jaime the burns and he said he would use a different chemical this time to clean it. He also apologized for not brushing out the lines in the furniture during the first clean. He said some people like having the vacuum lines in their furniture and that's why they left them the first time. He did brush them out after the second clean but it did not get rid of all of the time. Some of the lines are still there.
Once the furniture was dry, you could still see and feel the burned/singed fabric on the back of the sofa, the armrest of the sofa and the armrest of the chair. There were also water stains on the arm of the sofa and one of the cushions on the sofa and the cushion on the chair. The fabric on the arm rests for both the sofa and chair was stiff to the touch and discolored. Jaime told me that he was going to refund me $50 of the $99.00 that was paid.
I emailed Melissa Flores on July 10, 2014 to let her know that the second clean did not restore the furniture to its condition prior to the first clean. The furniture still had the singed stiff texture and look to the fabric and there still water stains and lines left from the first clean.
She asked me to send a copy of the invoice for the furniture so she could submit a claim. I emailed her a copy of the invoice that same day.
On July 15, 2014, she emailed me and said she was submitting the claim and the insurance company would be in contact with me in a few weeks.
On July 24, 2014, I emailed Melissa to get an update on the insurance claim she submitted. I did not receive a reply to that email. I emailed her on August 1, 2014 which included a demand letter for the damages or I would be forced to file suit. She said she would forward it to her insurance company. I sent the same letter certified mail to the address shown on their invoice. The certified letter was returned unclaimed due to no business was at that location. It was a vacant office.
I was assured by this company that they would take care of this. I haven't heard back from the owners or the insurance company.
Update: 08/26/2014. I accepted the companies offer to replace the sofa. I appreciate that they did care of this.

tile grout had turned black, becoming quite an eye sore. When Jamie from XTreme Cleaning arrived, he tested one of tile squares to see how well the grout would clean, but he didn't think I was going to be pleased with the result. He was right. The discoloration had gone too far and he didn't want to waste my time and money with ineffectiveness. I was very disappointed, as I had previously priced out having the entirety replaced to the tune of approximately $20k. When Jamie suggested that perhaps I'd like to "color" and then seal the grout, it seemed like a much more desirable solution. He spent time explaininig the process and together we decided on a grey color. He ordered the color, returning a week or so later with his assistant to do the project which required doing each 12" tile squares by hand. He even called in his wife to come assist. All three of them worked for five plus hours to transform my once ugly flooring into a softer-hued expanse. One that I have enjoyed living with ever since.
I highly recommend XTreme. Everyone was "XTremely" friendly and professional. They did what they said they would do, all the while assuring me that they only wanted me to be happy with their efforts when the job was finished.

"I spoke to this client a month ago, and she said they did a good job except for the very, very, small amount of water in the pantry closet that they missed. She even sent me pictures. I said they would come back she said no need for them to come back and that you could wipe it down. Regarding price, we always give customers the price before we start and you had no issue with us starting right away. I never heard anything regarding scuffs, tile being chipped or I'm sure you would have mentioned it over the phone or sent me pictures like you did previously. If you would have informed me of this situation we could have resolved it. I truly try to maintain an A honor roll with Angies list This Bad grade is very uncommon for our company , and I would still like to resolve the issue. Please call us so we can do so."
