"I Melissa Flores have responded to you many times. This is the first time in 4 years we have ever had a complaint like this, This type of furniture is cleaned everyday. I think its a defect in material , its a microfiber and steam is the RECOMENDED way to clean. I am working with insurance company & Sometimes they take forever. But never have I ignored you. I've offered to replace the couch but you denied that in a recent email stating I must replace both chair and couch. the chair is recent news to us. never did you mention any water stains until now. When he went back to look at it , never did you mention a water stain. PLEASE SEE CUSTOMERS RESPONCE WHEN I OFFERED TO REPLACE THE COUCH. "I spoke to this client a month ago, and she said they did a good job except for the very, very, small amount of water in the pantry closet that they missed. She even sent me pictures. I said they would come back she said no need for them to come back and that you could wipe it down. Regarding price, we always give customers the price before we start and you had no issue with us starting right away. I never heard anything regarding scuffs, tile being chipped or I'm sure you would have mentioned it over the phone or sent me pictures like you did previously. If you would have informed me of this situation we could have resolved it. I truly try to maintain an A honor roll with Angies list This Bad grade is very uncommon for our company , and I would still like to resolve the issue. Please call us so we can do so."
