Wintex installed a shingle roof on my house after Hurricane Ian. They were very professional and it was done very quickly. The office was also keeping me updated through the process and made it very easy to understand the process with the insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

After complete metal roof install, they failed due to over-torqued screws/cracked sheets. They replaced what the inspector noted. After I did further inspection myself, I found numerous issues of the same. Hopefully, this does not leak. Gutters were severely damaged and band aides were their fix. I had new gutters installed. Upstairs in the master bath closet ( which is used as a guest bath, black/green mold appeared from the leak. All sheetrock was replaced and the leak around the roof boot was chalked. Problem solved? Nope, I noticed a rotten top door frame dry rotted from the prior leak. They were called and a complete pre-hung door was installed. They were to check out the roof boot and rechaulk they forgot that. After I finished my remodel of flooring and retiled the shower, painted the new door and trim, my daughter was visiting for the weekend for Mothers Day and yelled down that water was on the bath closet floor dripping down from the same place. Needless to say, I am making ONE MORE ATTEMPT to call and have this issue put to bed. NOTE: all still falls under my 10 yr warranty and it WILL be fixed. I do not like to wear suits yet my options have run out! You folks will get a call first thing in the morning and hope someone responds ASAP. We are sick and tired of half-things!

Destroyed my gutters. Refused to repair them after one of his incompetent workers replaced them. Left roofing nails all over. Did no interior work like painting. Now I have a leak. The roof is under warrantee-good luck getting this company to return calls. Please find any other company. See reviews on Google and the BBB website

As it turned out it was an ac problem. However the roof tech fixed the ac problem. Definately above and beyond.

They were prompt. There was a discrepancy in the cost. I didn't specifically ask for an estimate....assumed they would give one before doing the work. I did ask for rates, I was given service call and hourly rate. The total was 90$ more because 2 men were sent instead of one. This was not mentioned. The amount of time spent here is debateable because they didn't notify us on arrival or departure. They did agree to split the extra 90$. The work was done quickly. It was a small repair and several people I called wouldn't even come look at it for weeks or even months. Just do your homework, get an estimate in writing first for no surprises.

Roofing supplies delivered on Friday, Roofer here on Saturday 7 AM. Roof completed by 3 PM.
