Williams Family Moving

A nightmare!!! 5.0, more like 0.0. After being threatened, yelled at, called a "Cracker" among other degrading, insulting, and disgusting profanities, I immediately told the owner, Eli Williams, that he would not talk to me like that and that we would take appropriate action. He asked us to communicate via email and when we did he reacted in this derogatory, negative way. Our communication ended after a phone call to me, after my husband emailed Eli about not receiving any closure after not finishing the job, requesting information on how he was going to resolve the damages to our furniture, original art and damages to our home, as well as missing items. His employees, including his son, were very confrontational and threatening. Said they would not come back on the last day and finish; my husband hired someone else to finish the job (ironically, they showed up at 7:30am the next day without advising me or calling me in advance!!) ... they did not put our job thru Angi ... they did not honor any coupon Angi offered ... they did not give us a contract or receipt after many requests. I am shocked that Angi would represent and recommend this kind of company. I request that your representative contact us to hear the rest of the story that I prefer not to write in this review. Finally, we would not recommend this company to move our garbage, nevertheless our personal belongings, and would highly recommend Angi take the appropriate action to remove this company from its recommended list.

First and most importantly, Williams family saved me a couple hundred dollars on a storage unit as the one I purchased was bigger than I needed. They way that the guys staged everything so perfectly and easily accessible for the things I may need to retrieve before moving out of the unit really was a life saver!!! These guys are awesome an the most affordable which doesn’t always go hand and hand when you want good service. I’ll be a lifelong customer!

I hired Williams family and moving for my packing and moving needs. The staff was very professional and responsive to all of my requests. Their work quality was above and beyond and I could not the beat their pricing.
