We are not happy with the work. My door will hardly shut. He sanded my metal door, the trim has cut marks in various locations. Screw holes are on the other side of the door frame that he wasn't replacing. Multiple hammer marks in the wood he just replaced, our sidelight on the side, now the glass has fallen and there is a very noticeable gap across to the outside. It looks worse now than before he started. Now we have to replace the whole entry way. Please do not hire this person.

A simple job completed ok except he neither brought nor asked anyone to purchase plumber putty so the (only) kitchen sink was (needlessly) unusable for 24 hours. My bigger complaint is the unprofessional and crotchety attitude he had when HE had a problem accepting a pop money transfer. I had to twice make the transfer and the second time spent half an hour on the phone with him and the bank on a conference call. I thought, finally, he had figured out how to accept the payment but three weeks later received an email demanding I send a check. His negative and accusatory attitude (without the slightest acknowledgment that it was his own inability to accept an electronic payment that was the root of the problem) was a total turn off. Will attempt yet another payment but definitely would not recommend doing business with him.

Bill responded promptly to my inquiry, came to the house and gave me a reasonable estimate on the work, took a sample of the wall paint, and set a schedule for performing the job. On the appointed day, he showed up exactly on time, made the repair, and matched the paint color perfectly. The result: the wall is like the damage never happened. All in all, an excellent experience. Bill is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I'm sure I will call on him again when handyman needs arise.

I called William Rinehart for an estimate and he came out that same day to go over everything. He called back the next day or so with the quote which I agreed on, which included the materials needed to do the job. We scheduled for a couple days later and they were out promptly and got all these jobs done with no problems and much quicker than I had anticipated. And they are done correctly. I would use his service in the future definitely!

He is very reasonable on his pricing, he is a real nice guy, and he does very nice work. He will always come and give you an estimate first. He;'ll then tell you when he'll be back to fix it and his crew is very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable.
