Excellent! Great quality and workmanship. Not your average gutters. The product is seamless and larger than most. They did the works, new downspouts, splashguards, etc. a much needed improvement and looks great!

Could not be more impressed with this company; especially Kelly, their general manager. My parents lost the roof of their carport and the attached shed. This has been a very trying time for my elderly parents and dealing with it was made worse by them being in Illinois and me being in Washington state. My mother traveled to Florida to deal with the cleanup and try to start the replacement process. Kelly could not have been nicer or more helpful in getting someone out to the trailer to provide a quote and get the contract signed in the few days my mother had available. We wanted to go with White Aluminum because they had done such a good job for my parents on a house in Cape Coral years ago. I think the strongest recommendation I can provide for Kelly and White Aluminum is that I feel comfortable with asking them to do this work for my elderly parents.

Very well and the quality of material is very good. All Staff were wonderful and Professional .

So helpful with the planning stage and great work

The installer show up on time and work through the day.  There were a few things that needed to be addressed.  They came out about a week later and took care of the problem.

My experience with White Aluminum was good and bad. After getting quotes from 4 places, White Aluminum had the second-best price, but they had a good local reputation; so we went with them. At this point, it is important to note that at the time of the quote, White Aluminum had a coupon for Angie's List Members offering $1000 off projects $15,000 or more. THEY DID NOT HONOR THE COUPON! I was told the price was discounted enough already. The salesman did not mention any other supposed discounts until I mentioned the coupon. The quoted time frame for work to begin was 2-3 weeks with a maximum time frame of 5-6 weeks. The salesman wrote an escape clause in the contract that after 6 weeks we could walk away from the deal, which I liked. After 3 weeks passed (~August 12th), I had not heard from White Aluminum, so I called and was told work was scheduled to begin on the 25th of August. My wife and I re-arranged our work schedules to be off August 25-27th. On August 21rst, we had not heard from White Aluminum, so we called. They changed the start date to the 26th. After a brief conversation they changed the start date to the 25th again. We the 25th came, the workers showed up on time as promised and completed the job in 3 days. The workers were very nice and professional. The finished product has problems though. The appearance is not professional, but White Aluminum has responded favorably thus far and is trying to fix the problems. I do not know if I would use them again. I certainly would not default to them as a service provider, but I would allow them to offer quotes.
Pros:
   1. White Aluminum answers the phone almost every time you call, and if they do not, someone calls you back promptly.
   2. They show up on time.
   3. Thus far, they have responded to my concerns regarding the workmanship after the fact. This point is still ongoing.
   4. The products installed seem like they are high quality despite the finished appearance not looking that great
Cons:
   1. They did not honor their coupon for Angie's List Members.
   2. They were going to change the start date without notifying us
   3. Their finished product does not have a professional appearance to it yet (hopefully they will rectify the situation)
   4. While installing our doors, they ran into an unexpected problem. The solution was a "quick-fix" rather than correct fix which would have taken another day to complete. ( they do send an engineer to plan the work beforehand.)
   5. No one from White Aluminum has ever called, asked or checked-up on the work performed.

I had a couple estimates on enclosing my front port with screen.  Not only were they the cheapest, but they also were the only ones who did not want to go the easy way out and knock down some of the wood railing!  They were polite, on time, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs screen installed!

I had the saleman come out and estimate above work ++. He required 25% paid before work.
Then when they didn't call to set  appointment and I called more than once over 2 weeks, the
mgr.Mike was reached and said he would send  out a tech.to ensure what was required.
The tech.Bill was excellent and reduced $317.00 from the work, which the saleman had overestimated.
The tech. went on the roof and reduced some of the estimate. 
They set up an appointment and finished the job the same day.

It worked out good. I liked their deal. It was just too limited. I'm waiting for it to happen again, because it was only a small amount. You don't get many windows for a $1000. I thought it was good service. It took quite a while because when the windows came in, the frames weren't up to standard, so they had to remake them again. It took quite a while for the windows to come in. I only got two windows.

The installer worked a full day , Monday thru Friday and I think it took about 2weeks. He was here on time, was very clean and respectful. We were very impressed by his workmanship. Every angle and corner is perfect. As I said the screens themselves were so expertly installed that we have never once repaired them - even through Hurricane Charlie! When the wind blows through, you cannot even see a ripple in the screen. The best I have ever seen.

They fixed the problem I had, and for a great price. They put a regular roof to match the lanai. I would use them again in two seconds.

Best contractor service I have ever had.  From the time of writing the contract, to the scheduling and the completion of work they were the most professional.  The materials and the labor were excellent.  In fact, the labor to do the front screen porch was not easy.  I have a lot of the decorative archetectural foam and I could not believe how well they fit all the extrusions.  It is very much custom work.
I would also like to add that I asked another contractor out and they refused to even quote me a price stating that the work would be too difficult.
I would give them highest recommendation possible and would not hesitate to use them again or refer my friends to them. 
You will not be disappointed.

Overall, just fine.  However they used metal spacers to achieve the proper angle from the fascia to the gutter but did not properly install them.  They started falling out a few weeks later, and had to resort to glueing them back in place (should be tabbed over but once gutter installed you cant).  That was two months ago and they are still holding fine.  Sales guy was very nice to deal with and flexible, as well as the installers and installation/service manager.  All keep you informed as to what is going on and when.  I'd like to give them an A overall, but just cant due to the spacer issue.

It went better than I expected. They were a company who did what they said they would when they said they were going to do it. They clean up everything. There was no mess left behind. They left ift better than when they came. They had great pricing with quality work.

Within 48 hours of my initial call I had a call back from Troy, the sales person.  He was patient, efficient, and responsive!!!!  The permitting was the most frustrating part, and that was due to delays with the city and to our own HOA.  The crew that arrived was extremely efficient and fast.  We added kickplates and had electrical put it so they had to return to but the panels on.  The crew came back and installed the kickplates, and without being asked, inspected the room to make sure that it all looked good.  We had had a new floor installed, and the installed door sweep no longer fit.  We asked if they could come back and install a new sweep which we were fully prepared to schedule and pay for.  They happened to have one in the truck and they installed it right then.  When we offered to pay they refused to accept payment.  It works perfectly!
We absolutely love the room.  And have received lots of compliments.  Even while the room was being built, we had heavy rains and we have not even had a drop of water!  We absolutely love our room and cannot wait for the cooler temperatures to enjoy it even more than we do now!
